The admission process

Highfield School admits girls from 2½ - 11 years and brothers often join the Nursery. Annie Lee, the Headteacher welcomes parents to visit the school to meet the children and staff.

A non-refundable fee of £50 is payable on registration. The deposit of £200 will be refunded from the final account less disbursements.

Children are accepted into:

  • Nursery Class from the age of 2½. In the year of their 4th birthday pupils are expected to attend for five mornings to prepare for Reception
  • Reception Class (full-time) in the September of the academic year in which they have their fifth birthday;
  • Older children may enter at any time provided there is space available.
